HedgeHog Electric donates to Habitat for Humanity

ST. GEORGE –   HedgeHog Electric’s Facebook page has garnered 748 “likes” which has resulted in a recent donation to Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah of $748 according to Lil Barron, Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah’s community engagement director.

This check represents the number of people who liked, then downloaded the website’s map of St. George area Christmas light displays during the 2014 holiday season. Funds donated to the local ecumenical housing ministry will be used to help build safe, decent, affordable housing for, or repairs to, properties of qualified low-income families.

HedgeHog Electric is a St. George area licensed electrical service company dedicated to the “HedgeHog Concept,” which trains employees to succeed in business by focusing on one thing and doing it well. In addition to the St. George office and team of licensed electricians, HedgeHog Electric is also licensed in Wyoming, Nevada and Arizona.

Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah, in the nonprofit affiliate’s 17-year history, has built 22 homes for qualified low-income families; completed nearly 40 extensive home repair projects through it’s “A Brush with Kindness” program; and recently moved its ReStore, a home improvement discount outlet, to a new 42,000 square foot location.
