“We’ve created our own version of Stagecoach right here in Southern Utah,” Boots & Bikinis CEO Austin Christensen said. “It’s cool because it’s at a price point that’s affordable for everyone.”

Cedar Beach Oasis, located just 5 miles west of Cedar City near the Three Peaks Recreation Area, is a unique site that features a swimming pond with a sandy shoreline and peaceful campgrounds beneath the shade of cedar trees. And for Christensen, it’s the perfect place to organize a multi-day, multi-artist, multi-activity festival unlike anything else in Southern Utah.

“We’ve got the coolest venue on Earth,” he said. “What other country music festival do you have water at?”

It all starts Friday at noon as DJ Suspence kicks off the weekend right. Hit the beach, enjoy a float across the pond or try the giant waterslide, rope swing, high dive, zip line and other exhilarating water activities while he spins today’s biggest hits on the Oasis Stage.

The Oasis Stage might be where the party’s at, but Boots & Bikinis is featuring talented artists throughout the venue all day long. Kick back and unwind with smooth hits from Carver Louis on the Flatbed Stage, or get your boots scooting to the lively beats of Daniel Beddoes on the Camp Stage.

As the sun goes down, it’s time to get your line-dancing boots on with Utah’s own Cody Robbins on the Main Stage. Robbins, a “lover, fighter, sinner, songwriter,” performs across Utah as a solo artist and with his cover band, the Coldhearted Renegades.

Taking the Oasis Stage next, Lil’Skinny will get everybody on their feet with his dynamic blend of country and Southern rock. A native of Arkansas, Lil’Skinny now lives in Nashville, where he’s been lighting up the local honky-tonk scene with his electric stage presence and outlaw swagger.

Platinum-selling Canadian singer and songwriter Tenille Arts will close out the night on the Main Stage. After making history with “Somebody Like That,” country’s first-ever No. 1 single written, produced and performed entirely by women, Arts toured internationally with Lady A, Scotty McCreery and Luke Combs.

DJ Suspence will return to the Oasis Stage at noon on Saturday to get the party going before Whitney Lusk tears it up and throws down some boot-stomping hits. Another of Utah’s homegrown stars, Lusk is making waves in Nashville and has opened for some of the industry’s biggest names, including Josh Turner, Maddie & Tae and Russell Dickerson.

Next on the Main Stage will be Kenny Feidler, a former rodeo man who combines dark cowboy songs and stories of the West with gritty rock ‘n’ roll. Hailing from the badlands of South Dakota, he tours nationwide with his band, The Cowboy Killers, and has accumulated over 140 million streams worldwide.

Last, but certainly not least, is Dillon Carmichael, who has been acclaimed by “Rolling Stone” as “country music’s most convincing young star” since Chris Stapleton. Born and raised in Kentucky, this soulful troubadour will send this year’s festival off in style with his booming baritone vocals and hard-edged mix of Southern rock with outlaw country.

Tickets are on sale now at bootsandbikinis.com. If you want the full experience, two-day festival passes cost $99 per person. Short on time? Buy a one-day pass for either Friday or Saturday for $69 per person.

Boots & Bikinis also offers discounted single-day ($34.50) and all-access ($49.50) passes for kids ages 8-13. Kids age 7 and younger enter for free.

RV camping ($69) and tent camping ($39) passes are also available for the duration of the event. Or get closer to the action with a VIP RV camping pass for $99, which includes premium parking near additional shaded areas, event stages and the vendor village.

“We have several couples that came last year and met new friends while camping,” Christensen said. “They bought tickets and camping passes again this year so they could re-connect. They want to make it an annual thing, and that’s what this is all about.”

VIP RV camping is almost sold out, so don’t wait to reserve your space. There are no RV hookups at Cedar Beach Oasis.

Boots & Bikinis has invited dance groups from across the West to teach line dancing and swing dancing each day. The festival will also feature local musicians on the Camp Stage all weekend long, so there’s always live entertainment going on somewhere at the venue.

Additionally, Boots & Bikinis challenges festivalgoers to join one of the individual or team tournaments, which include cornhole, dummy roping, sand volleyball, line dancing, mechanical bull riding and pit bike racing. Don’t miss your chance to win cash, prizes or even a custom belt buckle.

“The amazing music we offer is almost secondary to the entire experience,” Christensen said. “This is a festival you can participate in all day every day, as much or as little as you want.”
