CEDAR CITY — Playing on their home turf, the Cedar Reds posted a dominant win at Region 9’s girls golf match on Wednesday at Cedar Ridge Golf Course.
Cedar’s top four golfers all finished among the top six individual scores as the Reds won their fourth straight season match. They were led by RaeLee Johnson’s 75, which put her at second place overall. Cedar teammates Taylyn Wilson (84), Denym Bohn (85) and Breelle Evans (86) finished in the fourth through sixth spots.

It marked the final home match for Cedar’s two seniors Rachel Blodgett and RaeLee Johnson.
“Rachel and RaeLee have really put in the work for the past four years and have been great leaders for our team this year,” said coach Johnson, who is RaeLee’s mother. “Our team motto this year is to be elite; they are definitely living up to our motto.”
Crimson Cliffs sophomore Kate Walker posted the top individual score of the day, finishing with a 73.
